  • Agreement between Smart Builder and Client with detailed cost estimation
  • Forming Tripartite Agreement with Smart Builder, Owner and Labour Contractor/ Vendor / Supplier with detailed Estimation and Work Schedule
  • Execution of work will be done as per the approved design and specification with stage wise quality checking by dedicated Supervisor and Project manager. Timely payments to be done by the owner to respective Contractor/ Vendor / Supplier as per agreement and corresponding certified bill during the course of execution
  • Final Payment will be made at the stage of handing over the project to Client with Final Quality checklist
